| Synopsis: | On 10/07/08 the victim involved in the explosion on Mill Creek Drive has been identified as 39-year-old Jay Sallinen, a Fort Bragg resident. Sallinen was transported to the Coast Hospital after the explosion. After a brief examination, Sallinen was then air transported to an additional hospital for further treatment on his burns. | |||||||||||||
