| Synopsis: | On 10/20/2008 The Sheriff's Office was contacted by a family member who said he was told the victim had been killed in Mendocino County. Based on information provided the victim was identified as Amilcar Argueta 38 from the San Francisco area. The deceased was found Saturday Morning by Sheriff's Deputies and had been killed by multiple gunshot wounds. Based on information at the scene Sheriff Detectives were able to identify and contact witnesses who were at the location processing marijuana when the shooting occurred. Detectives were able to identify two possible suspects in the shooting and have not developed a motive. The names of the suspects will not be released pending further investigation.
