| Synopsis: | On 10/31/08 at about 0200 hours, Mendocino County Deputy Lorenzo conducted a traffic stop on Main Street in Mendocino on a Toyota pickup, driven by Kam Goodell. While speaking with Goodell, Deputy Lorenzo noticed an odor of marijuana emitting from inside the pickup. A search of the vehicle revealed written documentation on preparing indoor marijuana growing operations, including soil mixtures, chemical amounts, and lighting instructions. Also located inside the vehicle was 65 grams of bud marijuana,oven roasting bags (used for packaging marijuana) and $3,962.00 in U.S currency and money orders. Goodell was arrested for possession of marijuana for sale and booked into the county jail on the listed charges. |
