| Synopsis: | On 11-13-2008 at approximately 0955 Mendocino County Sheriffs Deputies were dispatched to a residence located at 20005 Hansen Lane regarding an armed robbery. Deputies responded to the male victims location on Hansen Lane and learned the following: On 11-13-2008 at approximately 0930 he was at the home of his girlfriend when he heard a noise in the living-room. He got up from bed and walked into the living-room at which time two subjects were outside the sliding glass door. One subject had a shotgun and the other had a baton. They ordered the male victim to open the door which he did. The suspects then ordered the male victim into the bedroom and then demanded the marijuana and cash. The suspects then retrieved several pounds of marijuana from the residence and placed it into several duffel bags. After being in the house for approximately ten minutes the suspects took the marijuana and containers and fled the residence. On 11-13-2008 at approximately 1000 sheriffs deputies located a blue vehicle (later determined to be the suspect vehicle) on Benson Lane which had possibly fled from the crime scene. Deputies conducted an investigation and located the stolen marijuana and other pieces of evidence at and around the vehicle. They further contacted suspect Tonya Clark the owner of the vehicle. Deputies were able to substantiate that this was the suspect vehicle and Clark had transported the suspects and the stolen marijuana to this location, where the two male suspects had fled the location on foot. Deputies with the assistance of the California Highway Patrol, Cal Fire and Fort Bragg Police continued looking for the two male suspects who are still outstanding at the time of this press release. Suspect Tanya Clark was arrested and booked into the Mendocino County Jail on a charge of 32PC-Accessory. Her bail is set at $100,000.
