| Synopsis: | 8-8-08 Mendocino County Sheriff's Deputies received information from an anonymous citizen who reported an in door marijuana grow on Navarro Ridge road Albion. Deputies conducted follow up investigation and eventually obtained a Search Warrant for 33775 Navarro Ridge Road. On 8-11-08/ 1600 hrs. Deputies served the Search Warrant and located an in door marijuana grow. Deputies seized 58 marijuana plants at that time. Subsequent investigation led Deputies to believe that Rafael REYNOLDS was responsible for the Navarro Ridge grow. Deputies obtained a second Search Warrant for the REYNOLDS residence. 11-19-08/1400 hrs. Deputies served the Search Warrant at the D road address and subsequently seized 12 1/2 lbs of processed marijuana, 366 growing plants and 0.6 gram of Cocaine. REYNOLDS was arrested and booked into the Mendocino County Jail on the listed charges with bail set at $25,000. |
