| Synopsis: | 11-26-08/0300 hrs Mendocino County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched a 9-1-1 call of a Domestic Dispute in the 17900 block of Ocean Drive Ft Bragg. When Deputies arrived they met with adult female victim who reported that her husband of approximately 20 years had assaulted her. Further investigation revealed that on 11-25-08 at 0900 hrs Mark HILL had purchased and then began to consume two 5 liter boxes of wine. By approximately 1800 hrs HILL was reportedly intoxicated and began to yell and eventually assault his spouse. Per the Victim, HILL scratched and slapped her off and on during the remainder of the entire evening and into the early morning. In addition HILL reportedly vandalized the interior of their residence. Deputies ultimately contacted HILL and arrested him with out indent. HILL booked into the Mendocino County Jail for the listed charges with bail set at $25,000. |
