| Synopsis: | On 12-27-08 at approximately 0645 hours, Deputies were dispatched to 33280 Albion Ridge Road regarding an assault that occurred the day prior. Upon arrival, Deputies learned that Jade Bennett assaulted Natalie Bulasky by striking her in the head with a piece of firewood,which caused a minor injury to Bulasky. Bennett, who fled after the assault, later returned and was taken into custody without incident. Bennett was transported to and booked into the Mendocino County Jail on 245(a)(1) PC and 1203.2 PC.
