| Synopsis: | On 12/30/08 at approx. 3:54 pm Deputies from the COMMET assisted by agents from the Mendocino Major Crimes Task Force served a search warrant at 25116 Blue Jay Lane, Willits Ca., the home of Joshua Kirchen. Located at the residence was an indoor marijuana grow operation where 237 marijuana plants ranging in size from 4 inches to 2 feet tall were located. There was approx. 22 pounds of recently harvested marijuana plants hanging in a room in the residence along with an additional 6 pounds of processed marijuana, an electronic scale and packaging material. Joshua Kirchen was arrested on the listed charges and booked into MCSO jail were his bail is set at $25,000. | |||||||||||||
