| Synopsis: | On 01-05-09 at approximately 0041 hours, deputies located Richard Diaz in a vehicle near the 100 block of North Sanderson Way. During the contact Diaz was found in possession of less than one gram of suspected methamphetimine. Diaz was on a release on his own rocognizance on a prior felony case. He was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and committing a felony while released by the court on his own recognizance. Diaz was lodged in the Mendocino County Jail with bail set at $35,000.00. | |||||||||||||
