| Synopsis: | On 01/12/09 at about 1900 hours, Mendocino County Sheriff Deputies responded to Kathryn Cummings residence near the 22000 blk of Rivers End Road, to conduct a search warrant. Upon arrival deputies spoke with Jesse Maresh who attempted to flee when deputies arrived. Located on Maresh's person were drug paraphernalia and approximately 9 grams of suspected methamphetamine. Inside the residence, Deputies located additional drug paraphernalia, packaging material, and "pay and owe" sheets associated with the selling of methamphetamine. Both Cummings and Maresh were arrested and booked into the county jail. |
