| Synopsis: | On 01/15/09 at 0125 hrs, MCSO deputies went to the 3600 block of Ruddick Cunningham Road to try and locate a wanted parolee. Deputies found Jon Paul Rickel inside a residence. Rickel was arrested for an outstanding Parole warrant along with a local warrant. Rickel was also in possession of a controlled substance for sale. He was booked into the Mendocino County Jail on the listed charges. | |||||||||||||
