| Synopsis: | On 01/09/09, Deputy Arrington responded to an anonymous call of the odor of marijuana at 2671 Coyote Road in Brooktrails. Deputy Arrington confirmed the odor coming from the residence and a search warrant was served. Three separate grows consisting of 417 marijuana plants were located inside the residence, each supported by a sophisticated hydroponics system. The owner of the residence, Brian O'Neill, was away on vacation in Ireland. The marijuana and supporting equipment was taken as evidence and a case is pending with the District Attorney's Office. | |||||||||||||
