Synopsis: On 2-29-12 at approximately 2024 hours Deputies were dispatched to 3800 North State Street in Ukiah for a reported disturbance at the location. Deputies were advised the suspect, identified as Lacey Lynn Mononi, was running through the trailer park displaying bizarre behavior. Deputies had been to the same location earlier in the day for the same type of incident.

On arrival Deputies located Mononi inside her residence. Mononi was displaying signs of both alcohol and drug intoxication and began threatening deputies that she would kill them if they entered her residence. Deputies knew Mononi to be on probation through the Mendocino Superior Court for drug use.

Based on Mononi's behavior and her threats toward law enforcement, deputies entered the residence. Mononi fled out the back door of the residence and deputies gave chase. Mononi was apprehended within 100 yards and placed in handcuffs. Mononi was found to have two kitchen knives in her jacket pocket and began to struggle when deputies went to recover them, causing the deputies to place Mononi to the ground. Once control of Mononi was established, she was transported to the county jail and booked on the listed charges.

Mononi is being held in a no bail status based on the probation violation.
