Synopsis: On 03-08-2012 at approximately 2030 hours, Deputies responded to a call for service regarding a reported residential burglary at 33710 Albion Ridge Road.

On 03-09-02012 at approximately 1200 hours, deputies responded to a call for service regarding another residential burglary at 33270 Albion Ridge Road.

During the course of both investigations, deputies obtained evidence and investigative leads that would lead them to the property located at 33380 Albion Ridge Road.

On 03-09-2012 at approximately 1900 hours, deputies arrived at 33380 Albion Ridge Road and contacted the parties present at the location. During contact with those parties, deputies were able to develop probable cause for a search warrant in order to search the premises for stolen property.

At approximately 2220 hours, a search warrant was served at the location and several items of property were recovered. All property recovered was stolen from both listed residential burglaries.

Deputies arrested four juveniles at the location for two counts of burglary and two counts of stolen property. All four juveniles were transported and booked into the Mendocino County Juvenile Hall Detention Facility.

On 03-10-12 at approximately 0040 hours, deputies arrived at 315 Chestnut Street and contacted Marcus Baker. Baker was subsequently arrested for two counts of burglary, vandalism and contributing to the delinquency of minors.

Baker was transported to and booked into the Mendocino County Jail with bail set at $50,000.00.
