Synopsis: On 6/22/12 at 1340 hrs, Deputies Rainwater and Paoli, from the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office, were dispatched to G&J's New & Used Business in Redwood Valley for a report of a burglary where an undisclosed amount of money was stolen. The suspect vehicle left in an unnown direction of travel with at least three to four possible suspects in it.

While Deputy Paoli was on patrol in the area he observed the vehicle on Highway 101 near Lake Mendocino Drive and followed it to the Valero Gas Station on North State St. A felony car stop was conducted at Valero Gas Station located at 1450 North State St. Four occupants were taken out of the vehicle.

An in-field line up was conducted by the victim and reporting party where all four subjects were identifed as being in the business during the theft of monies. During the investigation and interview of the suspects the deputies recovered money along with drugs and drug paraphernalia.

Further investigation by Deputy Rainwater revealed that all four suspects had conspired to steal the money from the cashier at the store so they could buy methamphetamines. All four suspects were arrested for being under the influence of methamphetamines along with other related charges.

Lanzit was arrested for 459/460(b) PC-second degree burglary, 11550(a) HS-under influence of meth, 182 PC-conspiracy and 1203.2 PC-violation of probation. His bail was set at $15,000.

Davis was arrested for 459/460(b) PC-second degree burglary, 11550(a) HS-under influence of meth, 182 PC-conspiracy and 11364 HS-possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bail was set at $15,000.

Hage was arrested for 459/460(b) PC-second degree burglary, 11550(a) HS-under influence of meth, 182 PC-conspiracy, 1203.2 PC-violation of probation and 11364 HS-possession of drug paraphernalia.

Lowe was arrested for 11377(a) HS-possession of methamphetamines, 459/460(b) PC-second degree burglary, 11550(a) HS-under influence of meth, 182 PC-conspiracy, 1203.2 PC-violation of probation and 11364 HS-possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail was set at NO Bail.
