Synopsis: On 6-28-12 at approximately 12:50 PM, Deputies from the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to Lot 10 Refuse Road in Covelo, Calif. to investigate a reported child abuse and domestic violence incident.

On arrival the Deputies found that Round Valley Tribal Police Officers had detained and arrested a very intoxicated Eraina Davis, age 23, of Covelo. During the investigation it was learned that suspect Davis was arrested for throwing baseball-sized rocks at three children (listed Victims). Two of children were struck in the legs by the rocks, causing minor visible injury, the third child was not injured. Davis also punched and kicked her 33 year-old co-habitant boyfriend and kicked and spit upon Tribal Police Officers. No medical attention was requested by any of the victims.

Eraina Davis was transported to Ukiah and booked in the Mendocino County Jail for assault with a deadly weapon, domestic battery and child abuse violations. Her bail was set at $50,000.
