Synopsis: On 8-14-2012 at approximately 0200 Mendocino County Sheriffs Deputies were dispatched to an apartment complex located in the 24200 Block of Robinson Road in Brooktrails regarding a physical fight.

On arrival deputies contacted numerous subjects who had been drinking. Deputies learned that two different social parties were taking place in the same neighborhood. One group, which consisted of several juveniles, were playing loud music. The music disturbed the second group of subjects who consisted mostly of adults. Verbal threats were made back and forth, at which time a physical altercation took place.

Suspect Colley allegedly stabbed the fifteen year-old juvenile in the hip with a broken beer bottle. The juvenile victim was subsequently airlifted to an out of county hospital for treatment.

Suspect Kramen was seen hitting the fourteen year-old juvenile with a large stick and then later attempted to conceal Suspect Colley inside Kramen's residence, in an effort to evade law enforcement. The fourteen year-old victim (hit by the stick) suffered a minor cut to her head, but refused medical attention.

Both suspects were subsequently arrested for the listed charges and booked into the Mendocino County Jail. Their Bail is set at $30,000.

This investigation is continuing.
