Synopsis: On 10/28/12, between 2030 and 2130 hours, and with the assistance of the Fort Bragg Police Department, deputies arrested Charles Bristol at 400 South Main Street and Christina Majorana in the 100 block of East Oak Street in Fort Bragg.

Bristol was known to have two active misdemeanor arrest warrants for violation of probation and one active felony arrest warrant for assault with a deadly weapon. Deputies received information that Bristol was at a hotel in the Fort Bragg area and in the company of Christina Majorana, both of whom were also reported to be associated with a white Honda Pilot SUV.

Deputies located the vehicle at 400 South Main Street then identified the room associated with Bristol and Majorana. As deputies arrived at the location the above vehicle departed the location. The vehicle was stopped by Fort Bragg Police Officers while deputies proceeded to the hotel room and ultimately arrested Bristol on his outstanding warrants.

Following Bristolís arrest, he was found to be in possession of approximately 1.7 grams of what field tested presumptive positive for methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Bristol was additionally charged with 11377 HS and 11364 HS.

Majorana was also found to be in possession of approximately 2.2 grams of what also field tested presumptive positive for methamphetamine. Majorana was arrested for 11377 HS and 32 PC.

Both subjects were transported to and lodged at the Mendocino County Jail. Charles Bristol's bail is $70,000.00 and Christina Majorana's bail is $15,000.00.
