On 05/13/13 at 1200 hours Deputies from the County of Mendocino Marijuana Eradication Team (COMMET) were conducting a marijuana investigation in the 4600 block of Knoxville Road in Ukiah, California.

The Deputies observed a greenhouse with approximately 410 marijuana plants being grown at the location.

Deputies contacted Carlton Lauckern and Bradley Feucht near the greenhouse at another structure. During the contact with Lauckern and Feucht approximately 11 pounds of processed marijuana was observed near where Lauckern and Feucht were contacted.

The processed marijuana was in oven bags and on drying racks. The scene was secured and a search warrant was obtained by agents from the Mendocino Major Crimes Task Force (MMCTF).

While at the location awaiting the search warrant Mark Pacitti arrived at the residence and he was detained.

Located in outbuildings at the location were 2 indoor marijuana grow rooms. One indoor grow room had recently been harvested and there were a total of 111 marijuana plants being grown in the second grow room.

A search of the location revealed scales, packaging and paperwork. Further located in a bag believed to belong to Feucht were 7 grams of suspected psilocybin mushrooms and 4 tabs of blotter paper with suspected LSD.

During the investigation a neighboring location was determined to be associated with this investigation and it was secured pending a search warrant that was obtained again by MMCTF agents.

Located at this location were Leslie Carr and Sarah Kubik. A search of this second location revealed 3 indoor grow rooms where a total of 421 marijuana plants were being grown, two greenhouse type structures where 274 marijuana plants were being grown, scales, packaging, computers, paperwork and approximately $1,800.00 in US currency.

The $1,800.00 and a piece of heavy equipment (excavator) were seized pursuant to state asset forfeiture laws.

The listed suspects were arrested and booked into the Mendocino County Jail where they were to be held in lieu of $25,000.00 bail.

This case is being further investigated regarding the identification of additional suspects.
