Synopsis: On 7-18-13 at approximately 1630 hours Deputies from the Mendocino County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to the 4000 block of East Side Calpella Road in Ukiah for a report of a theft of a swamp cooler that had been attached to the side of a house.

Deputies were advised the victim had observed the two male suspects leave in a lowered full size truck toward Lake Mendocino Drive. Deputies spotted the vehicle in the 1300 block of North State Street and conducted a traffic stop on the truck. The swamp cooler was not in the truck, but the passenger, identified as Wayne Walker Jr. admitted to taking the swamp cooler from his neighbor's house and dropping it off at his residence before he was stopped by the deputies.

The driver gave a false name to the deputies of "Justin Time", but was later identified as Justin Time Arnold and found to have a suspended license and an outstanding arrest warrant for battery out of Lake County.

Arnold was arrested for providing a false name, driving with a suspended license, the Lake County Warrant, burglary, and criminal conspiracy.

Arnold's bail was set at $50,000.00 for the open charges and an additional $10,000.00 for the warrant.

Walker was arrested for burglary and criminal conspiracy.

Walker's bail was set at $50,000.00.

Both suspects were booked into the Mendocino County Jail.
