Earnings Withholding Order (Wage Garnishment)
To process your EWO, we will need you to bring us the following:
Bank Levy
To process your Bank Levy, we will need you to bring us the following:
- 1 original (with court seal) and 2 court certified copies of your writ
- Letter of instruction which includes
- date
- name and address of the bank you are requesting us to levy
- name and address of the person you are leving against
- bank account number, if available. If not, you may state 'any and all accounts in the name of the debtor'.
- your signature
- Cash, check or money order in the amount of $30.00, made payable to Mendocino County Sheriff's Office.
Evictions
To process your Eviction, we will need you to bring us the following:
- 1 original (with court seal) and 4 court certified copies of your writ
- Letter of instruction which includes
- date
- address of the property in question
- name and address of the person(s) you are requesting us to evict
- name, address and phone number of the property owner or their agent
- your signature
- Cash, check or money order in the amount of $125.00, made payable to Mendocino County Sheriff's Office.
Once we have accepted your paperwork, we will notify you of the eviction date and time. YOU OR YOUR AGENT MUST BE PRESENT AT THE FINAL EVICTION.
