Clearance Letters

When applying for a visa or other travel papers, you may find yourself in need of a Good Conduct Letter or Clearance Letter. This document provides information regarding your clean criminal record.

You can stop by our office to pick up the necessary form. Once you've completed the form, you may either mail it to the business office or you may bring it in person.

If you bring it in person, bring your driver's license, passport or photo I.D. card.

If you mail in your completed form, you will need to have the form notarized as well.

There is a $2.00 fee for this document, which can be paid by cash, personal check or money order made payable to MCSO. If you need to have this document notarized, there is an additional $10.00 fee.
